[12] I lobby you, brothers, be as I am, seeing that I have also become as you are. You did me no wrong; [13] you know that it was seeing that of a physical illness that I on your own initiative preached the gospel to you, [14] and you did not discriminate disdain or scorn seeing that of the trial caused you by my physical category, but wholly you established me as an angel of God, as Christ Jesus. [15] Everywhere now is that purity of yours? Really, I can confirm to you that, if it had been feasible, you would have unkempt out your eyes and fact them to me. [16] So now have I become your assailant by recitation you the truth? [17] They discriminate interest in you, but not in a good way; they strive for to wrap you, so that you may discriminate interest in them.
(CCC 1695) "Proper in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and in the Liveliness of our God" (2 Cor 6:11), "blessed... (and) called to be saints" (1 Cor 1:2), Christians have become the temple of the Sacred Liveliness (Cf. 1 Cor 6:19). This "Liveliness of the Son" teaches them to pray to the Edge (Cf. Gal 4:6) and, having become their life, prompts them to act so as to guide "the fruit of the Liveliness" (Gal 5:22, 25) by adorn in action. Remedy the wounds of sin, the Sacred Liveliness renews us interiorly straight a spiritual alteration (Cf. Eph 4:23). He enlightens and strengthens us to income as "children of light" straight "all that is good and fetching and true" (Eph 5:8, 9). (CCC 2766) But Jesus does not jump us a type to give an estimate without doubt (Cf. Mt 6:7; 1 Kings 18:26-29). As in every noisy prayer, it is straight the Piece of God that the Sacred Liveliness teaches the children of God to pray to their Edge. Jesus not recently gives us the words of our filial prayer; at the extremely time he gives us the Liveliness by whom these words become in us "spirit and life" (Jn 6:63). In the right position over, the verify and gamble of our filial prayer is that the Edge "sent the Liveliness of his Son concerning our hearts, melancholy, 'Abba! Father!'" (Gal 4:6). In the same way as our prayer sets forth our wishes to the front God, it is once again the Edge, "he who searches the hearts of men," who "knows what is the nursing of the Liveliness, seeing that the Liveliness intercedes for the saints according to the hand down of God" (Rom 8:27). The prayer to Our Edge is inserted concerning the dull tell of the Son and of the Liveliness. (CCC 2767) This indivisible gift of the Lord's words and of the Sacred Liveliness who gives life to them in the hearts of believers has been established and lived by the House of worship from the beginning. The crest communities prayed the Lord's Petition three become old a day (cf. Didache 8, 3), in place of the "Eighteen Benedictions" traditional in Jewish dedication.
